actually got quite angry that these scammers were making people buy this rubbish. Poor consumers like us who just wanted to shed a few pounds for the summer were being forced to fork out for guides that were both insulting and absolute rubbish. I signed up to a weight loss forum to see if there were any real guides out there that could genuinely help me lose weight. I was specifically looking for summer weight loss programs. I got a good number of helpful answers but of course along with these were the scammers telling me to buy their product. I went with the people who sounded the most genuine.
