Jacob & Co.'s Epic X Chrono Summer Edition
This is the summer edition of Epic X Chrono launched by Jacob & Co., which is the sports edition of the successful chronograph launched by the New York jewellery firm in 2017.
Jacob & Co. is a brand known for astronomical complexity. In addition, in recent years, they have expanded their product range, such as the Epic X Chrono exhibited at Baselworld 2017. Jacob & Co.’s Epic X Chrono Summer Edition has the JCAA05 column-wheel automatic chronograph movement. It has a power reserve of 48 hours and oscillates at a frequency of 4hz / 28,800 alt. The decoration of the movement includes a polished bridge, satin-finished and polished cylindrical wheels, and an anthracite pendulum. The 47 mm diameter case is made of titanium, while the unidirectional rotating bezel is made of white ceramic; it has a locking mechanism that can be managed by a button at 10 o'clock.
Like the bezel, the screw-in crown is made of white ceramic, equipped with a rubber pusher, and is water-resistant to 30 meters. As far as the sphere is concerned, it has a double counter made of blue mineral glass, which is a well-known double compound format. The inner ring is satin blue anodized aluminum. The hollow hands have a white Superluminova coating, while the chronograph hands are red. The strap is made of white rubber and has a titanium folding clasp.
The indicators for this limited edition include hours, minutes, central chronograph, small seconds at 9 o'clock, and minutes at 3 o'clock.

Inspired by the moon rocks and turquoise sea of Sardinia, Italy, these timepieces are colorful and complex.
Jacob & Co was founded in 1986 as a luxury jeweler. With the advent of Quenttin, it became popular in the watch industry for the first time in 2006. With the summer edition of Epic X Chrono, the brand further develops new innovations with sporty and technical displays.
Epic X Chrono is a sophisticated high-end chronograph. The difference is that it is equipped with a JCAA05 skeleton chronograph movement equipped with a column wheel. The complexity of the skeleton movement can be seen through the blue mineral crystal and sapphire glass back. The movement has 260 parts and has an automatic winding device with a power reserve of 48 hours.
This skeletonized automatic chronograph is housed in a 47 mm case. The counter is arranged in a double compound format, with a small second at 9 o'clock, and the elapsed minutes counter is at 3 o'clock. The Epic X Chrono has a rotating inner bezel that can ignite the countdown timer by pushing and turning the red crown at 10 o'clock. Epic X Chrono is a complex of complex functions, displaying hours, minutes, seconds, small seconds, chronograph and rotating inner bezel timer.

The Epic X Chrono Summer Edition offers three different versions.
The first style is a grade 5 titanium case with a white ceramic bezel and ceramic pushers, as well as a blue rubber crown and horns. The titanium lugs are secured with an open rubber strap with a titanium buckle.
The second edition uses an 18K white gold and titanium case with an 18K white gold bezel set with 36 baguette-cut diamonds. The stunning bezel is decorated with white ceramic pushers, a blue rubber crown and matching rubber horns. The 18k white gold lugs can accommodate open rubber or alligator leather straps.
The third limited edition is also housed in an 18k white gold and titanium case. In this case, the 18k white gold bezel is set with 14 baguette-cut diamonds and 22 blue sapphires. The exquisite decoration is made of white ceramic pushers, blue rubber horns and bright red crown. Similar to the previous version, this time meter can be used on an open rubber or alligator strap.
